Guardian Smite skill not doing its work !
its not doing the damage it says in the description of it.
post to do x15 240 damage at level 4…
I think theres also other skills on other classes thats not working as it should be too.
the devs should fix this asap.

You mean “Smite Conditions”? Because the damage on that is variable depending on it removing a condition.

And the forum has this bug where you can’t quote or edit. Just close your page and then return to it, or repeat until you can.

I think he is referring to the second ability for scepters.

That skills doesn’t do damage like Symbols do. It has little fists or something flying in the area, but they don’t all hit anyone in the area.

Exodus, the skill does EXACTLY what it states. The “15x” is the amount of hits that add up to 240.

Meaning it will do up to 15 hits, at about 16 damage a hit.

You’re both right. The 15 hits totals to the amount stated in the tooltip, but Smite fails to hit the targets in the area 15 times. It usually only hits 7-10 times. Go test it for yourself in Heart of the Mists on the test dummies.

It’s because the fists actually have to hit the target within the area, if the fists don’t hit, it’s a miss.
