I was unsatisfied with the information available that I was able to find, so I went and frame-counted the autoattack animations myself. Below are the actual times it takes to complete one autoattack cycle.

Mace: 3.23 seconds
Hammer: 3.53 seconds
Greatsword: 2.5 seconds
Sword: 2.5 seconds
Scepter: .83 seconds

I didn’t bother to do staff because no one DPSs with staff. Used in conjunction with the known coefficients you can use this to plot more accurate AA DPS numbers.

Incidentally these times are over 50% longer than advertised by the tooltip, with the exception of Scepter, which is over 3x longer than advertised.

Will attacking manually be faster? Or it’s just real ‘cooldown’ times between attacks

Manual is slower due to the server waiting to hear from you before firing the attack off.
