Guardian WvW build

absolute resolution is crap in big frontline fights.
i would take a 0/0/30/30/10
or a 0/0/30/25/15 for retaliation spam
i am not sure what runes you intend to add, but
either go for 2 monk / 2 water/2 divinity
or 2 monk 2 water / 2 major of water
or go for full set of 6 runes of 1 type
stats are good balanced for an AH build , sigils on weapons are good, armor and max hp are also good.
you can also change food for omnomberry chocolate cream or omnomberry pie.
i would not take absolute resoluting without battle presence, for front line indomitable courage is better, stability to 5 ally’s against initial burst
If you go into the full 30pts in the honor line with the staff you can use it effectively as a ranged tagger by taking the symbols trait that makes them last longer and be larger. Symbol of swiftness isn’t just for a speedbuff you know It’s surprising how effective it can be in zerg (and ppl complain about the guardians ranged options.. though I admit screpter does suck outside of PVE, staff is good though).
i would rather take empowering might, bigger symbol and 2h faster cd.
that writ of persistence doesn’t feel worth it to me lol
Thanks for the feedback. My main concern was the stat allocation, I thought maybe the health or crit or power was too low or something.
The main goal of this build isn’t frontlining in zergs, it’s just that I want the option to. If all I need to do is change Absolute resolution to Indomitable courage, then thats awesome.I mostly run around with my guild running havoc and sometimes run with the zerg in frontline, so I just wanted to know if that would work.
I have a hard time not having condi removal, I’m spoiled from my elementalist, and when playing my guardian (or any class for that matter) I seem to always have a lack of condi removal, so I liked the trait. I would think it good for running small man havoc squad stuff no?
As far as runes, I thought I put them in there, but yes, it’ll be full boon duration (2 superior monk/2 superior water/2 major water) runes or 4 altruism and 2 monk/water. I haven’t decided.
I’ll also probably switch the staff out for a different staff once I get the 25 stacks for something like +5% power or something.

i would prefer to remove conditions through lemongrass soup and purity . or go lyssa6 runes.
i used to run boon durations too, until i met a necro that strip/corrupt/kicked my candy kitten so bad that i threw away all those boonrunes.
if you run in group mostly , null fields and shout warriors should be enough for condition removal, combined with purity.
if you have issues against conditions you can try 30 points in honor .
Unfortunately our small group is usually another guardian, an engi, a ranger and myself on my elementalist. sometimes we have a few more, but not too many. We’re a small man (5-9) people at most, no warriors, maybe another elementalist. Thats about it.

too bad that one doesn’t cleanse yourself i heard.
Don’t listen to the guy who said absolute resolution is crap. +30 or so regen per second and curing 3 conditions on you and everyone around you twice in a row if necessary is good.

compared with 5 seconds of stability , twice to 5 ally’s on front line guardian, why would you even consider 30 hp /sec and condition clean
