Just wanted to share my new video. Nothing too fancy, still learning the editing programs, few fights with fun ending. I hope you enjoy it

Could you please share your build either here or in the video description? I hate it when people make videos like these and don’t even share their build. Not that I plan on copying your build, I’m just curious.

Thanks for your feedback. Yeah you are right. I don’t know why I jump so much, I guess it is bad habit from other mmo’s, I will try to avoid it next time. Some players were bad, some of them decent, by it was not my intention to show skill. Just wanted to share few fights, and like I said, I was more focused on learning the editing programms rather than showing any skill. Still thanks for your feedback.

Looks similar to my build, except for the gear. I don’t know about your gear choice. It seems kinda random to me. Your build has decent power, toughness, vitality and ferocity, but severely lacks in precision. I’d try to get your crit chance up to at least 30%, so that when you activate your meditation to get your fury, you’ll be at 50% crit chance, which means half of your attacks will crit, which is very nice.

Why did you put a sigil of precision on your mace btw? Seems kinda random to me. Your DPS will come from your greatsword, not your mace, so why precision on your mace?

Mace Hits like a truck.

Protectors Strike can go upwards of 5-6k.

I would probably switch to Intellect Sigil though – so you know protectors is going to crit each swap.

Since you are using both GS and Mace you could pick Writ of Exaltation, but that’s just a personal choice of mine, makes hitting with the symbols much easier and forces the enemy to either stand in them or use more time to move out of them. I’d also second Amins suggestions of Intelligence sigils, they work wonders on builds with low crit chance (I noticed there is also no weapon stats picked in the build you linked)

P.S. Respect Mace and Focus, ppl – sick burst potential

I know focus is pretty much the best off-hand weapon the guardian has (maybe the best weapon of all), but I’m not convinced on the mace. I’ve always seen the mace as a defensive weapon and that’s how I’ve always used it. Greatsword and 1h sword for damage, hammer and mace for defense. That’s just me and how I play though.

Was playing a similar build for some time and it worked really good.

The Mace is a really good, but slow weapon, if it hits it hits like a truck but it can be easily evaded, if you are aware of the animation.

As Lucos said before, the gear isn´t really the best choice. I´d drop Vitality (that amount isn´t necessary) and I´d try to get Precision and Toughness (by Knights- and ascended Precision-Knights-Trinkets).

So you can constantly hit nearly 50% Crit-Chance (with Sigil of Accuracy, Retributive Armor (instead of Focused Mind) and Maintenance Oil), what works really good with Empowering Might and Might-Runes like Strength or Hoelbrak – so your Power-Loss isn´t that high, because you constantly have 10+ Mightstacks up.

You don´t have to waste your Medi´s as Fury-Source, you can keep them and use them, for what they are intented for … as Condition-Removers, -Converters and Heal.

The additional Toughness – amount depending on personal preferences – offers a lot of sustain against incoming burst.
