Yes, it’s an other “LF wvw build”-thread…. No, but on a serious note.. I haven’t really played my guard in a while in WvW, and the build I used to run was this:

Weapons: Hammer, Staff and GS (depending on situation). I used this both for running around on my own (though I don’t roam much at all), but mostly for groups/front line zerging. I honestly like this build, bud I’d take any advice on adjusting it to make it better and also taking the upcoming class balance changes into consideration.

Any advice appreciated.

Without getting into a gear conversation I’d drop the 10 in Radiance and take 10 in Virtues. Inspired Virtues is great, and if you’re blasting your own light fields you can get 100%ish retaliation with Vengeful.

It’s really a waste to get just a 20% reduction on a single signet.

There is noticeable difference between using shelter vs signet (for WvW shelter>signet). For gears — PTV vs your knight/cavalier, there is little difference , not significant. Just stick on your current ones, you will be OK.

Similar to what I had in mind, but much better stat balance I think… It’s full ascended though, so will have to work in that.

This is my build for WvW works all round but best at the head of a zerg.
