Guild Wars 2

Hi All,

I am a player coming back after 1 year prior to the HOT expansion. I used to be as support guardian before, is it still reliable post HOT? Or all the guardians now has to be DH? I do not have access to DH yet as i still have yet to purchase the expansion pack..

For WvW? The AH guard is still meta I believe although I have changed out virtues to DH on my AH guard so I can run a trap and for the overall improved virtues.

For fractals & raids not really.

The guardian healing output is less then half what a druid can do & about 3/4 what an ele or ventari rev can do.

They justify it being lower cause guard brings AEGIS but given how often hits come in the raid and higher fractals AEGIS just is not worth the lower healing output. (they are designed around rapid hits for lower damage instead of large less often hits)
