Hi I just did a Cof p1 and the guardian in my party did the gate part at the end. I saw that gates health go down almost instantly and I must ask: What the hell did that guardian do to melt that health so quick??
I don’t main guardian or have one I’m a warrior so I’m curious

1) Self buff with empower as everyone runs into the room if you don’t have 20 sec might stacks going.

2) Swap out staff for Scepter and Focus (your other weaponset should be a greatsword).

3) Drop smite on the gate controller, activate shield of wrath.

4) Swap to the greatsword and drop a symbol of wrath + whirling wrath.

The end.

Gear and build should be full zerk and damage oriented for this to work ofc. Skills can be any mix of bane signet, retreat, save yourselves or smite.

Oh ok. The only thing I was thinking of was WoR and the flamethrower would hit the controller

How exactly is a projectile reflection supposed to work against a flamethrower?

Maybe, but the only obvious exception to the projectile stuff, which comes to my mind, is the ice crystal thing of the elementals at the beginning of CoE.
