Healing:
Signet of Resolve – Passive: Cures a condition every ten seconds. Active: Heal yourself.
Utility Slots:
Signet of Judgment – Passive: Reduces incoming damage. Active: Grant retaliation to nearby allies and weakness to nearby foes.
Wall of Reflection – Protect the targeted area with a wall of mystic power that reflects projectiles.
Purging Flames – Create a ring of fire that burns foes and cures conditions on allies.
Elite:
Renewed Focus – Focus, making yourself invulnerable and recharging your virtues.
No need to get Symbolic power. You’re just wasting traits going in here, if you really really want extra damage try to go 25 in radiance, if not, 15 points in there is still a better call than 25 in virtues, usually. Binding jeopardy is a weak trait as well.
TL;DR – Get 10 points from zeal and 5 from virtues and put in radiance.

Rune:
Superior Rune of Flame Legion

(3): +50 Power
(4): 5% chance to cause Burning for 1 second when hit. (cooldown: 5s)
(5): +90 Power
(6): +5% damage against Burning targets.

Aggro mechanics won’t let you do that. :/

So you would recommend something like this more?

Zeal:
Adept – II Fiery Wrath – Increases damage by 10% against burning foes.
Radiance:
Adept – VI Blind Exposure – Applying blind also applies 3 stacks of vulnerability (10 seconds).
Adept – III Shimmering Defense – Burn nearby foes when your health reaches 25% (60-second cooldown).
Honor:
Adept – III Writ of Exaltation – Symbols are larger.
Master – VII Writ of Persistence – Symbols last longer.
Virtues:
Adept – VI – Master of Consecrations – Consecration skills recharge 20% faster and last longer.
I wasn’t sure what would make for a good second trait in Radiance and I wasn’t ever going to get enough critical strike to make Precision or Condition Damage much use. I was trying to work a build around avoiding Precision, Condition Damage and Critical Damage.
I was thinking of focusing on Power and Condition Duration with Traits that increased damage while Burning.

I wasn’t sure if I could start the fight move into the center of mobs while AE DPSing which would allow the DPS to kill them one at a time. I’m still new to GW2 and trying to grasp how the PvE dungeon system works…
Radiance is kind of meh if you don’t use swords, aside from the refresh on VoJ on kill and extra damage on targets under condition effects (10% flat damage, triggers with one single condition). Burning won’t deal much damage in pve as well, mostly because people with less condition damage than you will simply overwrite your burning, thus making it kind of useless. As for honor, if you ever run something like 1 shout 2 consecrations, try to swap larger symbols for superior aria. That should make things better, since usually you won’t need the extra symbol range.
As for aggro mechanics, each boss behaves differently, but they usually go for people dealing most damage and at close range, at any rate dodging and mitigating damage via WoR/aegis/shield of the avenger is usually a better idea than tanking.
