So this is what I came up with. Mostly going for symbol heals/support. Utilities obviously situational and swapping staff in when necessary. Any advice?

This is a strictly PvE build.

Sentinel is horrendously expensive, use Soldier’s. You’re overtanked, I’d exchange some toughness for power. Be prepared to do very little damage, with very little party support beyond healing. IMO, figure out a way to give your party might to make up for your poor damage output.
