Healing Power
For AH, you need none at all. It scales at 0.01 and has a sufficiently high base healing. Hence, I run around with the 300 extra healing I get automatically from the Honor line and nothing else, since it’s simply a waste of stats.

But u will lose a lot of healing when dodging.. I would like to use a sufficient amount of healing power and trying to understand how much is it
I already said it: The “sufficient amount” for an AH build is 0. The rest purely depends on your personal wishes. I, for myself, won’t sacrifice any useful stats for some healing power that is completely unnecessary for an AH build and even worse for more offensive ones.

If you can get about 1.2k healing power, which I have, your dodges heal for over 1000. Though to get that you need a full Clerics set and then, of course, you miss out on crit chance which is very important for AH builds. I’m not running an AH build atm focusing more on Boons&Virtues.
If you’re going AH then you really are better off without Healing Power gear as you don’t need it, even with ~300 your dodges heal nicely and AH scales terribly anyway.
Dodge heal, heals for 150 hp + healing power in a 1:1 ratio. So, if you have 850 healing power, you’d heal for 1k on dodges.
Superior sigil of life, helps getting higher healing power, without sacrificing too many stats. Signet of Mercy also helps by getting 180 heal power.
Sigil of Life means to sacrifice Bloodlust or Perception, while Signet of Mercy uses a utility slot that you’ll need for other stuff in group content. So no, both of them are not really good choices unless you decide to play full healway or run around solo – but where in solo play do you need any amount of extra healing?

I use both in my solo roamer and the 1k heal per dodge is crazy good. Much more than an extra utility or more power per kill
used builds with 1.6k on healing power now i run with only 225 to 340 on heal, have better “tanking time” and survivability, cleric gear make you lose alot imo, but that also can deppend on how you play the guardian, maybe for some cleric gear and low hp is a good way.

The base + 300 you’ll get for dropping 30 points in the Vitality Trait line are enough for almost everything.
Most used: Guard/Mes/War/Nec/Ele.
Yes, i use 5 chars at time. Because REASONS.
I run at 1.2-1.3k with mostly Cleric’s, some Soldier’s, and I use Bloodlust. I’m also not AH though (tried it and hated it—too generic), so…
AH doesn’t need healing power outside of the 300 from traits unless you just like having higher sustainability at the cost of some damage.
I only have 300 but I artificially inflate that with life sigils to a more reasonable 550.
Also healing power scales terribly with AH. 1000 healing power would increase your healing by maybe 14% from AH.

Problem is that higher healing power does not mean more sustained healing for AH. Of course, you may run Magi’s items to retain a reasonable crit chance, but those lower your damage to ridiculous levels and vitality is way worse than toughness in PvE. Cleric’s, on the other hand, costs you much crit chance and in return healing from EM procs. So, in my estimation, your healing output would probably remain more or less constant (in the best case, otherwise it may even drop), but you sacrifice a lot of damage for nothing if you use AH with healing gear.
