Here are a list of healing builds I use.
For small group stuff, try the “I Heal” one or “Random Dodges”.
Random dodges is similar to Healway ofcourse… pretty obvious.

Too much healing power?
I ran a build similar to this one, lots of healing, focussed on dmg through crit. It works, but doesn’t do any actual worthwhile damage.
Overall, if your goal is to heal allies, yea. This’ll do it. But you’ll basically be a walking medkit. Dodge heals are awesome with this so get sigils or energy too, to get dodge on weapon swap.
I’d say try it out, it may work, but I think you’d be bored after a while of being a walking healbot.
Healaway or those listed in Amins are good choices. I’ve run both and have good results running with small groups. By small I mean 2 to 5 players. I’ve used it with larger groups has well but it is a different play style honestly so I guess it depends on what you want to do.
I am typically running 1200 to 1500 in healing power but it is your comfort level along with your groups. I find supporting with the extra healing power is nice but so is the soft CC aspect or pushing. Control. Reason why I say that is because if you face the same server over and over you sort of get flagged and they know you. So mix it up.
I think the better players here can get away with being more aggressive and loosen up on the Healing Power because of the overall group composition, skill; and of course knowing one another’s play. That is when you see the havoc or roaming parties take on the zergs or divert them to a more even playing field regardless of the numbers they face.

I modified I Heal to constantly supply allies with Might.
I think your armor is a little to low. I also am a fan of AH in group fights. You will be twice as sturdy. One empower is almost a full heal. The most important person to heal in the group is you. If you are killed you can’t heal. Maybe replace your trinkets with knights. That should get you to 3K. I would also swap runes to get -condition duration. With how fast they fly around it is better to have a perma reduction in duration than -3 wipe every 40 seconds. I would also switch the mace trait for precision. You will be using staff more than mace in WvW. You have an easier chance to give out might. Each might heals you.
Since the latest crowd of WWW’rs aren’t running stab or condi removal, I’ve been running this:
CC/Support Build (use bloodlust stackers)
CC Features:
-2 Immobilizes
-Ring of Warding
-Banish and Shield of Absorption for push back
Other Features:
-Tanky
-Healing
-Blast Finisher
-Great group condition removal
-Group protection and stab
-Banish + JI, Blink, Shadow Step stomp (great against eles, thieves, mesmers)
