Hello I’m currently playing as guardian and I’m using hammer as my main weapon. I have a few questions I would like to ask for those experience player.

How do I take advantage of guardian if using a hammer as my main weapons?

What are the stats to look for in crafting of armor/weapons?

Which sigils/runes to look for in playing as a guardian?

Which one of the traits that is useful in becoming an unstoppable guardian?

What kind of content do you play?

haha, would be helpful if you could provide a bit more info. : )) the questions you asked, all are quite flexible. that’s one of the greatest points about this game as well. so it really depends on what you like doing, and how you want to do it. do you PvE more? have you tried any of the dungeons and want to get better at them? what about PvP? which come in structured, tournament style and/or WvW which are different as well.

if you’re adamant on using the hammer, you can check out the Stickied guide “Altruistic Healing + Hammer” thread in the Guardian forums to give you starting ground. that actually would cover most of your questions. it’s not a strict guide, which allows more flexibility and customization on your own part. and also helps you learn about the class on your own.

Well, would you like info about sPvP, WvWvW or PvE? Because the answers to your questions will differ, depending on the type of content you play.
