Help me balance out my gear in a good way. I’m currently in Knights gear. My weapons are berserker

Your stats look fine. What are you aiming for?

I agree: stats look good.

My crit % is at 14, I really want to increase it. At the same time, I know survivability is very important. I’ve seen some screenies of people with 3.3k armor (how???) and 2.8k+ attack and 18k+ health

I’m basically asking if there’s anything I could do to increase my stats

I’m currently using runes of the soldier (anything better out there?) along with power/prec/tough gear

this stats only look good on paper
you must change most of your items ( you won’t regret)
keep your rings , accesory’s and backpack
change amulet to emerald pendant, you will upgrade later to triforge if you will be rich enough.
keep your helment and leggs knight ( add chest karma armor , and boots / gloves / shoulders valkerye. Chest armor should be karma armor ( power /thoug. /vitality).
At runes you got more options , divinity , solider ( for shout build ) or 5 solider and 1 divinity to maximize your vitality.
you got almost 1/2 hits critical but your critical power is to low, so aim for 1/3 hits critical and highter damage on critical.
Weapons could be valkerye ( power /vitality /critical amage ) +knight ( my favourite combination ) or valkerye + WvW weapon. i find critical rate the best at 32-38 % for guardian , since your damage comes from retailation and burns as well.

im at 36% crit chance 23 critical damage now =(

i use 30 points in valor 20 honnor and 20 in radiance
singet 20% /shout 20% / remove condition every 10 seconds // thoug to prec.
