Guild Wars 2

Hello

I’ve just managed to get DH specialisation and have bought a longbow (Assassin’s Pearl Stringer) but I cannot use it. The longbow build is greyed out and I cannot equip it.

My Guardian still shows as Guardian and not DH – I’m not sure what to expect and feel like a newbie.
Perhaps I need to complete something else?

What am i doing wrong?

Open Hero panel, go to Build Tab – in the third trait line choose Dragonhunter.
And it will work!

I’ve just realized that the longbow doesn’t equip or seem to work in WvW, either in EB or EotM

It works great in PvE, Silverwastes though

The game saves a different build for WvW and PvE, so retrait once when you go into WvW the same way you did earlier

Such a lot to learn – no wonder I rarely beat anyone 1 v 1.
