Hi, I am an old player (beta tester)… month ago I ragequitted GW2 because i hate this kind of healing mechanics… I was upset because all the ascended gear was without Cleric stats.

All my friends (and guildmates) are playing here… so i came back.
I don’t want to play RIFT solo (even if in rift you can be a real healer, lol).

Thanks god, I saw that now there are ascended amulet, rings and accessories with Cleric stats.
What about Back? I can’t find nothing.
Is it there a way to have Cleric back?

There isn’t. You can get an exotic Magi back with karma though from the temples.

There is no clerics backpiece. Accordingly, because there is not, there is no reason to ragequit. One minor items is not going to make a dern when it comes to overall healing stats, etc.

Yes, I already have the Magi back.
The problem is that if I want to play high FoTM level, I need haigh agony res. Ascended +10 (5 basic and 5 infused) could be usefull.

I just came back… too early for a second ragequit. Give me a couple of months! :P
I still do not understand why Anet hate Cleric stats so much…
It tooks months to have the clerics rings and amulet… back still not exist…
Ok, let me stop this… I can keep whine for a week. :\

There was actually a trick to get a back piece with any stats you wanted. Sadly you can’t do it anymore. One of the temples in Orr had a back piece with Magic Find on it, when the patch hit people with it got to choose any stats they wanted since MF got erased.

Overall back piece stats are so small it doesn’t really matter.

Accessories are where its at, in my opinion.

Also having water/monk runes to further your own agenda.

Its possible to maximise healing, but you’ll be looking pretty silly (rolling all the kitten time) doing it.
