Haven’t had a need to test it recently but, from what I remember of my last test, the tooltip itself for the individual skills was the part that was bugged and didn’t reflect the trait appropriately. However, upon casting your skills that distribute boons they did indeed get the 20% boon duration extension when wielding a staff with that trait despite the tooltip not stating the increase.

Cause nobody in their right mind wants to use staff and hasn’t for nearly 2 years.
