If a guardian has no daze (except for 1 skill on an elite) how exactly does a thief steal a 4 second daze from us?

Are you sure it was a steal? Or was it a traited move?

Same thing applies for Consume Ectoplasm from Mesmer or Skull Fear from Necro.

The buffs from Ecto make more sense stealing from a guardian tbh. Fear from necro does make sense though. However the go to answer is that it is “magic” and therefore does not require any reasonable explaining.

Well, the main thing about Skull Fear from a Necro is that it’s a better fear than ANYTHING that they have.

They should steal a blind or aegis/block from us. Would be way more fitting.

You get a 3 second stun with the heal book elite I think. Should be on the 4 skill.

I think it’s kinda crap that a thief’s bonus ability is better than that which any profession has and might even be built around. A thief should never have a better fear than a necro. That’s just sacriledge. And a 4sec daze that isn’t an elite or have a ridiculous CD? We should be so lucky.
