I use mace/torch and specter/focus > mace and focus heal me much.
I also use signet of resolve as it’s the best healing skill.

I’m talking about self healing

You need to put 10 in to radiance for signet CD reduction. For PvE, alturistic healing is the way to go for maximum healing, with the hammer or greatsword.

Altruistic Healing only works if you have a group around. It is not as effective if you are going solo in PVE. It also doesn’t work well if you are in a group and the majority of party members are out of your shout range.

Meditation is a viable alternative to swap into if you are on your own. Hammer & well pretty much anything as long as the hammer is equipped.
