Title says it all, I’m full exo berserker but I feel like I don’t do a lot of damage. I know DH is great dps, but explain how to do it then =)

actually I dont think DH has great DPS

It has AMAZING burst damage, but after burst, its kinda meh.

in pve however, bursts destroy most things so DH is fine

Solo PvE? Dungeons? Raid? PvP?

Your offhand set can be whatever you like. I usually take sword/focus so I can pop focus 5, sword 2 teleport to a group of mobs and drop my traps. But GS, Scepter, or even Staff can be fine in offhand since the majority of the time you’ll be camping longbow because the burst is just so good.

When you encounter a mob, fire a normal shot, then throw your spear of justice, then hit trueshot. That 3 button combo will kill most normal mobs.

Here’s how it works:
The first shot will proc your Virtue of Justice, which will cripple. That activates your 10% damage modifier from zealot’s aggression. The spear of justice will active the 10% damage modifier from big game hunter and also give you ~4 seconds of retaliation, which activates the 10% damage modifier from retribution. Add the 13% from pure of sight and your trueshot will hit like a TRUCK.
And with Renewed Justice in the Radiance line, you reset your spear of justice every time you kill a mob so you don’t have to wait for any cooldowns. You literally mow through single mobs without ever being in danger.

Against vets or groups of mobs like pocket raptors, you throw down your traps, pull them to you and watch them melt.

I can only say how I play DH. Personally i run 5 traps. My class is a skirmisher what uses their traps to create a killing Generally my goal is to surround the opponent with traps so that whatever thy try to do to get away the end up inside one of them. True shot is useful, but I try to force players to not be able to predict it. often dropping into stealth is enough to surprise them with a true shot. but sometimes i need to wait untio they are about to trip one of my traps. the daze gives my true shot an opening. When things start to get hairy i swap to sword focus. Focus 5 gives me a small reprieve, and F2 is an extra heal. about the time i go through those I use F3 and swap back to bow. My traps are likely off cool down so i start the rotation over again. The way i play requires me to constantly be aware of my environment. I use LOS any time its available to me. I use traps to block off choke points. and i never stack my traps on top of one another.
