I'm losing to quite a few classes.
You’re running full meditations with no meditation cooldown trait? Error or intentional?

Lol… nevermind ret. armor, yes its med CD trait.
Got to be more feedback than this…
Take 10 out of zeal. Put 5 in Honor and 5 in virtues.
Don’t waste CD’s. Save your meds more for healing, rather than setting up bursts.
Example: People like to Shield of wrath, into JI+smite cond+whirling wrath. While it’s great for a surprise attack, in any 1vX situation, you may down one or two, but you’ve just wasted 4k+ of healing, a 1200 range possible escape, and you haven’t taken full advantage of Smite Condition.
If you’re getting condi-bombed, don’t use CoP until you see you’re losing hp at an alarming rate. Don’t use shelter to heal, rather, use it as a block and to generate might when getting attacked rapidly. Don’t blow all virtues at once.
You’re hardest classes will generally be condi bombers, so use you cleanses wisely. Thieves that can blind or daze easily will also be difficult, since you’re not using stability or protection to counter their bursts. Not much else to it.
Also, you don’t need healing power with medis. With dps or bunker shouts and 15 in honor it scales very well. Meditation healing scales very poorly, so you don’t really need more than the base. I would not go over 500 for mediburst if you have 15 in honor.
On one last note, you can try the meditation build popular in pvp, 10/5/30/5/20 for Absolute Resolution in virtues for an extra condi clear if you REALLY can’t seem to deal with them, at the cost of some extra HP and useful traits.
