Guild Wars 2

The title says it all really, my Guardian has been using a shield since level 7 and once I hit level 80 I was going to get a really lovely looking exotic shield….

Well I’ve been level 80 for a very long time and have had to use the Tribal Shield which looks ugly in my opinion. Do any of you know of a nice looking shield that’s out there which doesn’t involve PvP?…..I know of masterwork shields that are better looking than my current exotic

I got Guardian of the Six http://dulfy.net/2013/01/11/gw2-shield-skins-gallery/#27 a while back and really think it looks nice, though which style you like depends on what look you are going for.

I quite like the Vigil shield. Simple.

I think it’s super pretty ^^

For me it’s the Lionguard shield. Since we run in Banana color (still find it annoying you cannot dye shields) and it’s nice and big and shield like!

Guild tower shield. Theres nothing quite like holding a wall out in front of ya.

I personally think the Jade Dragon Shield is the best looking shield in the game, but if you don’t have a Jade Dragon Claim Ticket banked, that may not be an option for you until next year’s Dragon Bash.

And although most people seemed to hate the Sovereign skins, I think the Sovereign Defender is pretty slick (especially when paired with the Rolling Pin of Righteousness…errrrr, the Sovereign Punisher/mace). Though again, I guess you might not be able to get that one again until the next Jubilee.

Actualy you can buy Jade Dragon skins on TP now for 20-30g and they are also obtainable via black lion sraps/tickets.
This is same for all other weapon skins (fused, zodiac…)

Ebon vanguard shield is pretty cool. Rather unique for a rare skin really.

Personally I’m using (and loving) the guild tower shield on my guardian. It fits his colot scheme perfectly, I love the material’s “shyniness” and one big plus, the aegis that we usually run with fits right in the middle of the shield’s ornament wings, so it looks like it’s part of the material.

am I the only one that tries to match all my weapons? like, getting all blue-firey weapons or all shiny-metal weapons

right now im carrying a legionaire mace with the guild defender shield and the AC sword with that skull torch that has blue fire, I don’t quite like the AC sword, but is the only 1h sword with blue flames
