Is Right handed strength actually working?

Yes it works, since it only affect some of the weapons it aint displayed as a general stat increase.
Unless you can provide definitive proof that it is working, this is one of those things that I’d probably not use and choose another trait.
Yeah it works, The amount of crits I get from switching between 1h sword and GS are very easy to see, even more so when comparing WW to ZD. It is just like sigil of accuracy that for some reason it just does not show on the character screen, but it has been proven to be working correctly.

Looking at the white damage over an opponents head isn’t going to tell you much at all. Take a look at the combat log over the course of time by using Whirling Wrath and Zealots Defense and see the increase of damage done per shot; base of 150% of standard, modified by power and critical damage stats.
Saying it works is easily countered by saying it doesn’t.
Trust community! It works.
Yes it works, and it’s pretty easy to test as well.
1) Get 65% base crit. (easy with food and stacks of Perception)
2) Get a Warrior or more to give you several minutes of Fury (with FGJ and Banner of Disc and Battle Standard).
3) Beat stuff and notice none of your hits are non-crits. All you cast with 1handers crit.
Been using RHS build for months it’s just so good especially if you come from a Warrior and are used to high DPS.
I’ve also tested it in the past, it is indeed working. Crits increase noticeably when you’re using it, so even if you choose to not set up a formal test like those described above, it’s not hard to tell – just either push your crit rate up to max, like Red Falcon described above, or keep it as low as possible, and you should see a very plain difference with the trait on and off.
it works and people have been testing it since beta.
If you dont trust people go test it for your self and stop arguing with people that actually have tested it and try to help out.
1. Go to the mist
2. undress totally and trait 30 points in radiance (16% crit)
3. Equip a purple mace
4. Use the symbol only on the heavy golem. You need to place it approx 26 times before the golem dies.
5. After each run you jolt down the placing of the symbol and the number of crits in each symbol. Its five attacks in each symbol.
6. Calculate the crit chance from the empirical test.
7. Repeat 4-6. The thing is you should now crit twice as often since your critical chance has nearly doubled, from 16% to 31%.
bear in mind that 100-140 attacks is a very small sample so there will be deviation and it just takes a crit of two to get more/less crits than expected. But its pretty obvious that it works.
If you don’t believe people test it out your frigging self.
It has nothing to do with arguing with people. When someone makes an assertion with nothing to back it up other than, “it works”, and with no stat sheet updating, it makes it very hard to believe that person. So I provided a way of testing it out for someone who wants to make sure it’s working.
People saying it just works with nothing to back it up is the equivalent of saying Magic Find works on chests because they had a set of MF on and wound up getting an exotic. When people say that they can feel the difference, or see the difference (with white damage), then that provides nothing on whether something works or not. Not that it matters to me if it works as I don’t go into that line, but way too much fud gets spread around with the above responses… as an example.
OP had a simple question, regarding a simple matter and hence the answer is simple, yes it works. Nothing more is needed to answer a question like that. Especially since its been debated in here for like 20 times (and tested much more often than that) already and the answer has been the same since beta.
If you find that to vague why not spend 5 minutes in the mist and collect the proof you seem to think OP needs? The way you approach this, its easy the get the impression that you try to discredit.
I dont see any reason for doing any more tests and if people think it isnt working they should test it, hence why i posted a very simple method of doing so.

No one reads the stickies on this forum before arguing the toss either:

Asking questions, like the OP, is of course fine – but if you’re going to argue then please at least read that top post first.
