This is currently what I’m planning for my Charr Guardian.

Personally, I’m not a huge fan of having specialized sets and builds for different things such as, General PVE, WvW, Dungeons/Fractals… simply because of the cost involved in obtaining the armour/weapons, etc.

I designed this Guardian on two major factors: High Crit and Shout Support. Maximum DPS isn’t the primary goal, but rather a more balanced approach.

Sword/Scepter and you DON’T have Right Handed Strength? Take your points out of Valor, put them into Radiance and Virtues and your traits will be much better.

Lol, this actually a great idea, but is it still a good idea if I want to rotate weapons, mostly in pve scenarios, I never equip a ranged weapon unless its needed. I wanted to rotate Hammer with scepter/focus depending on situation, while sword/torch would be my main.

Any suggestions on increasing stats? I can probably go with Valkyrie or the P/T/Crit Dmg equivalent without taking a huge hit to crit %
