i’ve read post telling that regen can be kept almost all the time. is it true? so how do you do it?

and if you do, do you think it’s worth it? is it worth to have a constant regen with low heal tick or situational regen with high heal tick?

Going about 20 into virtues while running save yourselves and hold the line + shout reduction will give you pretty constant regen. Add in skills like mace symbol and focus #4 and you can keep it up endlessly.

Not to mention the Guardian has regen as long as they have the Virtue of Resolve is in passive form.

Bash is correct: when I run with mace and focus, I am basically never without regen. I would say that yes, it’s worth it, especially in terms of group support. The rest of the team isn’t necessarily going to be nicely grouped up for a spike heal, but it’s easy to slap a regen on someone and let them go on their merry way.

It won’t save anyone in an “Oh kitten!” moment, but that’s what the Tome of Mercy is for. Really, we don’t do spike healing very well anyway. If you want that, roll an elementalist or warrior.
