Knight Attributes on Armor
For pure open world casual grind stuff, a knight set with traveller runes could be cool. I run berserker and don’t seem to get 100 to 0. But I do definately take some good damage. Those stupid veteran bow frogs that dodge can hit you like a truck if you aren’t actively blocking them.
What build are you running as a go to open world build?

I have been trying a few and changing stuff to see if it helps, but nothing so far. My Gear is berserker and I have been running greatsword/specter & focus. The build I started with was GS Mace/Focus/Torch, but it could be I just suck at this game and/or don’t use my head.
I run GS LB w/ wall of reflect, retreat, that spin trap and dragons maw.
Generally I try to attract enemies in smaller groups and get my trap gs burst before doing some lb kiting. Then have my wall of reflect if things get too hectic.
But my best bit of advice, once all your survival skills are on cd, it’s time to disengage and reset. If I have to use my wings of resolve, it’s in a direction away from enemies and I head for cover to get off cooldowns.
HoT can be brutal when you are doing a group event and some chupa cabra comes out of nowhere and kicks you in the nuts.

LOL I agree it is brutal in groups! Thanks I will try this tonight!

I have a full sentinel set just for those mordremoth snipers …
I’ve been building a Keepers (zealot) set most of the year and love to run group content with Battle Presence. Having absolutely everyone else still alive makes getting rez’d if you totally bungle a dodge a lot easier.
I wonder what your basis for comparison is…”
