Guild Wars 2

So I was playing around with my guard in sPvp with a knock down build. I am talking going all the way with it, Hammer, Spirit Hammer, and Bane. I am just having trouble with making the build.
I went 10/10/20/30
Reduce Spirit weapon recharge rate, signet recharge rate. purity str in numbers.
Then 2h skills recharge rate with some small healing in the honor tree.
It seems to be working for me ok, but does anyone have any better builds for a knock down build?
I am thinking about just going a pure sig build and putting more crit and more squishy, What do you guys think?
Btw, this is not for anything but kittens and giggles in sPvp.
This is not for tPvp. I just want to knock people around a bit.

I run 20/20/0/20/10 in spvp picking up 2h mastery and all the spirit weapon skills.
Between the hammer 4 and 5, the spirit hammer and gs 5, I have a ton of cc and burst like crazy.
