On a personal Note, I go w/ Lyssa Runes for WvW. Condition Removal is Trump.

As for the Traits… you don’t need Meditations are Instant. It’s a 1s Cast and easily able to get used to, as w/ the lack of Stability.

For lacking stability, learn when to pop Courge to block the Downed CC.

Also, you can swap out 5% toughness for Precision for Condition removal if needed.
