Looking for a PVE dmg/heal sort off build

Healing isn’t useful in pve, but this build is a support guardian build, with excellent condi removal, damage mitifation, and useful stuff. And it deals damage.
For PvE either go for full damage or full heal.
Basically if you are in a good speed run guild, full DPS is best because there are ways to avoid most damage. Casual groups and pugs will benefit greatly from a healing setup but you need to invest a lot into that stat. Don’t try to go for a bit of both it just doesn’t work that well in PvE setting.
Hybrid setups are better for WvW where your main focus is to stay alive yourself while dealing moderate damage just to apply some pressure on the enemy. So you just need about 1k Healing for the dodge rolls, F2 and Empower. You won’t be able to keep your allies alive all that well with it though.
For PvE either go for full damage or full heal.
In PvE it’s either full damage or full damage, really. Healing in this game is far too weak apart from everyone’s own healing ability. The game simply wasn’t designed to allow characters to act as a healer.
Especially in PvE where the damage you receive is so high, it doesn’t matter if you go full out +healing. If your allies can’t dodge, they’ll immediately die after the next swing regardless of what you do (tome of courage might make a difference sometimes, with it’s #5 ability, but it’s unaffected by +healing anyway). The only difference you can really make is by adding more damage.
Adding +healing on your gear for PvE is never anything more then a placebo.
