The only Youtuber I know that plays sPvP with Guardian is Tap Dat Mouse. There are some streamers too but I don’t know their names since I don’t watch much Twitch (he has a lot of sPvP builds and some WvW/PvE builds too)
You also have Matt Visual who has a Guardian but he is playing more Engi now I think and he doesn’t upload much build videos

DPS guardian may seem squishy at first but once you get the hang of it, you can successfully protect your party while doing impressive damage.

tapdatmouse and silven for pvp

Ignore tapdatmouse for pve builds. He usually suggests trashy celestial ah tanks or something.

Obal (stickied) is your best bet for pve.

kensuda or meylo (or is it muylo) for tpvp, they’re the best atm

Several already mentioned but you can also check out Amins’s. While it isn’t really focused on sPvP it is PvP/WvW and applicable. There are links to the builds usually and they vary from trying out zerk/glass cannon to support/heal with stuff in-between.

If nothing else it is good to watch how he engages or resets.
