Guild Wars 2

I understand that Guardians are not paladins (at least not in the traditional sense). But I still can’t help getting a strong “Lawful Good” vibe from them. After trying out all the professions, I’m pretty sure that Guardian is the best one that suits my play style. However I’m more a “Neutral Good” kind of guy. I really don’t do much role playing in games like these, but I still like having my “main” reflect at least a bit of my own personality.

So I guess my main questions are, what exactly governs Guardians? Is there some kind of order or school that regulates who can be Guardians? If so, does this order/school dictate what is good and what is evil?

They’re essentially good/strong-willed people who are dedicated to fighting evil and protecting their allies. Pretty simple stuff, and similar to the Paladin archetype but without the devotion to a particular deity or philosophy.

Thanks for the info Incurafy. Although I still have some unanswered questions, I’ll probably still end up playing this profession as my main.
