Monk's Focus Change not in Dec 10th?

Monk’s Focus heals you. They just changed that Focused Mind now grants Fury instead of making Meditations instant since they are now already instant.
I thought I remembered reading somewhere that MF is going to be reworked so that it grants fury instead of heal. Are they still planning this change? If so, when will it be implemented?
