Hey guys just a quick question really. Apart from sword leap and staff speed, what others ways can I increase my movement speed on guardian? I absolutely love my guardian but the speed whilst farming hearts etc is a nightmare hahaha.. I mostly spend time in Spvp farming tomes of knowledge…

All we really have is
Retreat, staff, sword #2, GS leap, Judges Intervention. Merciful Intervention (if you have a partner)

Speed Sigils -Traveler Runes/Speed Runes

Usually people either run “Retreat” with Shout reduction, or Staff or Trav runes. Usually not all three. I prefer neither and go Speed sigils instead. You’ll get 20s swiftness per mob kill but that’s just my pve preference.

Sigils just get chucked onto equipment?

Speed sigils are amazing for leveling, and not just Guardian. The best part is that the kills stack your speed buff in duration. Once you kill a few things, you have to really waste a lot of time to lose it. I do not advise you equip a staff just for the speed buff. IMO, that’s a ridiculous approach to get speed on a Guardian unless you like micromanaging your movement.

I used judge’s intervention, sword + focus / greatsword for another teleport and leap. Then filled in the last 2 utilities with whatever I needed for the situation.

Speed sigils are what give you most of your swiftness uptime.
