Need quick feedback
Not sure the 10 points in Radiance is worth it. The blind is nice but it’s more of an afterthought unless you can get 15 Radiance where it’s basically spammable in ZvZ. The Retribution on heal is nice but not worth the 10 points on it’s own. My opinion is 15 points in Radiance or no points in Radiance. I’m sure you can find better uses for those 10 points besides just addons (albeit nice addons) to abilities on 30-40 second cooldowns.

Or if you really want to feature retaliation in zerg fights spend the 15 in Radiance by maybe dropping Retributive Armor. That way Virtue of Justice is refreshed everytime you kill someone. That means you can activate it alot in zerg fights triggering Virtue of Retribution a lot more times than you can with the current build.
Basically run in with your staff, constantly tag enemies and as they start dropping you start spamming VoJ.

Yeah I was looking at that extra 5 to get that, and dropping retributive armor to put it in radiance would cover the precision drop. Also thinking of swapping some retaliation out for utility cooldowns. Not sure why I have that heal on there I was tinkering around, but with 20 in radiance I could put the signet cooldown on for 8 seconds off signet of resolve.
The armor seems high enough that I could play around with those. And it really is need to have 15 in radiance or none at all.
I think this is more like it. Increasing the duration of retaliation by 25% and adding 20% cooldown to shouts will have more retaliation uptime. Along with gaining retaliation on each virtue use and VoJ recharging on kill.
I wouldn’t do the Signet heal for pvp of any type. It’s a nice heal but Shelter is better in my opinion. Shelter stops incoming damage for two seconds before it goes off. That’s huge in pvp, wvw and especially zerg vs zerg. It’s really the only viable heal for fighting other players (again, in my opinion). Plus you can string it with Renewed Focus and basically have several seconds of invulnerability with a really nice heal somewhere in the middle and a decent heal when RF ends if needed. Perfect for contesting a point or making a miraculous escape.
TLDR: Shelter stops burst, you will learn to love it
