I’m getting close to reaching 80 and I was thinking of using a shout build with maybe full p/t/v armor using monk and water runes to boost up boon duration(mainly to help with retaliation the most) but not sure what weps(with sigils)/accessories to use.
Traits are 0/0/20/25/25
Valor V, VII
Honor I, II
Virtues I, II

It is also for WvWvW, do you think I should change something around?

I suggest you play WvW a bit and check for yourself what sort of role you’d like to play best, and what kind of Guardian you want to bring to your team.

Just to cite a few:

- Support Guardians: They usually use Staff, Mace and/or Shields, with traits that bring AoE healing in some form (Battle Presence, Writ of the Merciful, Writ of Exaltation/Writ of Persistence for the mace) and AoE utilities such as Spirit Weapons (Shield and Bow), Consecrations (mostly Wall of Reflection) and Shouts.
(Honor, Virtue, Zeal)

- Soldier Guardians: They usually use a Greatsword, Hammer, Sword/Scepter and Offhand, they are the front line fighters, rely on heavy armor and health, they pick a decent balance on survivability and offense, to survive in the front lines and to deal enough damage to pressure enemies, bringing controls (Scepter’s immobilize, Shield’s pushback, Greatsword’s Binding Blade, a bunch of Hammer skills) and AoE damage (Greatsword’s AoEs, Hammer AoEs, then one handers).
Getting Two Handed Mastery is useful as our best AoEs are on 2 handers, so is Writ of Exaltation for larger AoEs. Utilities can be anything that helps them infiltrate enemy lines (Judge’s Intervention) and that helps them survive longer (Shouts, Meditations, Consecrations).
(Zeal, Valor, Honor)

- Bunker Guardians: They usually use Mace & Shield and any other weapon, focusing on a very high defense/health and healing at the cost of offense. With a bunch of blocks and various healing sources, they aim to disrupt enemies and call enemy fire on them instead of their teammates. Utilities can be anything that helps them survive longer.
(Valor, Honor)

- Skirmish Guardians: They usually use Greatsword/Hammer and Sword/Scepter & Offhand. They’re high mobile and great damage dealers, focusing on downing single enemies with bursts.
(Radiance, Zeal)

You can mix in the roles as you see fit, but understand that you can’t have everything, so you’ll be giving something up for some other roles.

Your build seems most similar to Bunker or Support Guardians, so with a few points changed your build could be more optimized for some particular roles.

For Support, with 5 more points in Honor, you can get Battle Presence which works awesome with Virtue’s 20 Absolute Resolution.

Although Unscathed Contender seems nice, it’s not that useful in any form of PvP combat. You’ll rarely have Aegis up for enough time to make it worth the trait.

If you’re going Bunker, do spend 10 more points in Valor for Might of the Protector and Altruistic Healing or Monk’s Focus. Both these traits grant awesome healing even without healing gear and are the best to keep you alive in the front lines.

After you decide which type of Guardian you’re playing you can gear up accordingly.
