This class is so OP.

test of faith does waaaay too much damage. You are probably going to say “well all you have to do is hit the dodge button once and it cancels the whole effect of it” but I don’t have fast enough reflexes to do that so I just stand there getting hit. And speaking of standing there getting hit. Guards have waaaay to many symbols that do too much damage. What do I even do against that? Oh, move a few feet over? Well I don’t have to brain power to think of that. And Guards have basically infinite blocks and invulnerable. Having 3 seconds of invulnerable every 90 seconds is OP. And shield of courage last 5 whole seconds. Like WTF! That’s too long. They basically do more damage than every class and are invincible. I’m stuck in Amber because guards are OP. They just won’t let me win. it’s all their fault I never do well in pvp. Even when there aren’t guards in my match I still blame them for my loss. Why hasn’t Anet nerfed them already?!?!

Solution: Play a scrapper or rev and faceroll. The 3 of them are just as easy to play.

You forgot to mention how you walk out of a trap and then for reasons unknown walk back in and eat more damage or down yourself.

Sure, everyone should just let you have the point when you have traps down. I love how you think it’s crappy play to try to contest a point when the entire point of spvp is objective capturing and defending. so you have test of faith on the ground and yout hink you can just call people crappy for walking into it. we don’t have a fragging choice. you can block all ranged attacks with your shield and a bow that is on par with the ranger’s. ranged take downs are out of the question so that leaves melee. and you stand in your traps so we HAVE to go through them. your traps cover the whole point (or close enough to it) so we have to be in them to cap the point. it’s easy to tell people the just suck at the game when you are wrecking face with a cheesy build that has an answer for everything.

I faced one myself standing there waiting for me to go into trap doing nothing in a pvp match.
In the meantime my septer was on fire lol…poor one

The GOOD guards are using 2 traps and one of them is the heal trap.
