New builds with spirit weapons?
Tested some 6/x/6/x/x yesterday and spirit weapons are still useless. I cant understand how they could make them so bad when it comes to AI.
Commanding shield to target is a kamikaze due local melee aoe and shield dies, worth’s a aoe block then enters 1minute cooldown if shield dont die right after being casted.
Also what might happen is at the moment player commands the shield and shield make a dome at same time, command is ignored and enters in cooldown.

I appreciate Anet finally doing something with spirit weapons. But I still won’t use them for a number of reasons.
- My standard is 6/4/0/0/4 – Which I cover here: Builds
- I also cover changes to spirits from the update here: Guardian Changes
with the changes to elite focus, it may or may not be a significant usage when it comes to competing over absolute resolution.
I tried a 6/2/0/0/6 yesterday and ran AC p3 with 2 of my guildies… In the end, the duoed the dungeon x )

Still have AI issues and get kited a lot, but running 1 spirit weapon in tankier builds is more viable now—such as soldier rune meditations. Sword command is hilariously short range which is a bit annoying
Bow of truth heals quite nicely on a bunker build.
