Actually, the DPS builds that can use Vigor are the ones that use a Mace build with Writ of Persistence or any other build with Force of Will. The former lacks any sort of mobility while the latter.. well, I don’t know who would use that in a DPS build.

Are we forced to use energy sigils now? What’s the deal?
