Official site Armor and Weapon skin

Hi everybody! Can you help me to understand what kind of gear is these character wearing? I like it a lot. Does it even exist? “http://guides.gamepressure.com/guildwars2/gfx/word/978278203.jpg”
The chest looks like Tier 3 Uman armor but I can’t figure the other pieces nor the weapons.
