The whole idea of this build is to preserve might while supporting party and doing good damage. Might comes from: Empowering Might (Nearby allies gain might for 5s when you land a critical hit) which means when you have enough crit-chance you can pop might all the time. Being one of the best and most overpower boon of the game this build provides high dmg to whole party boosting power and condition damage.

Knight’s Armor is the best option giving you Power for damage, Precision helping you maintain might and Toughness which scales well with Retributive Armor (5% of toughness is given as a bonus to precision) for extra crit-chance.
Can also go with Cavalier’s or Berserk’s set.

Power: 224
Precision: 224
Toughness: 315
Defense: 1211
Critical Chance: 14.67%
As for Armor Upgrades choosing full Superior Rune of the Soldier for (6): Shouts remove a condition works well with Signet of Resolve Passive (Cures a condition every ten seconds) and Smite Condition (Cure a condition…)which means that every skill remove a condition increasing your survivability.
If you want to change your skills or boost your your damage over your survivability Rune of Strength is a great choice might duration, extra power and (+5% damage while under the effects of might) it’s great idea. A bit more tanky is Rune of Hoelbrak same as Rune of Strength with only difference giving you (-20% condition duration applied to you) as Bonus (6).
Main Hand
Sword serves very well this build. With sword’s auto attack hitting multiple enemies, fast attack speed and third’s auto attack ability Sword Wave (who hits 3 times) giving you crazy critical hits. Third ability Zealot’s Defense giving you also great crit hits (hiting 8 times) while providing you with blocking range attacks.
Off Hand
I choose Shield because of Honorable Shield (Gain +90 Toughness when wielding a shield and reduce the cooldown on Shield skills by 20%).Toughness gives Damage Reduction and Precision Retributive Armor (5% of toughness is given as a bonus to precision) so why not.
Swap Weapon
Staff for Empower (12 stacks of Might), healing and movement speed. Controls enemies with wards and AoE damage and supports allies with defensive spells.
- Weapon Upgrades (Sigils):
For Active Set Superior Sigil of Battle (You gain 3 stacks of might for 20 seconds when you swap to this weapon while in combat) and Superior Sigil of Strength (30% chance to apply might for 10 seconds on critical) changing weapon while in combat going from staff to sword after using Empower you have 15 stacks with increased timer, plus chance with every crit to get might.
Alternative Set Superior Sigil of Perception (You gain +10 precision each time you kill a foe).
