True Shot: Added unblockable as a skill fact.
Hunter’s Ward: Removed an erronious icon that appeared on opponents when using this ability. Reduced the visual noise on the effects associated with this skill. Fixed an issue that caused the damage to not be applied in certain skill queueing scenarios.
Dragon’s Maw: Fixed an issue that caused the effects of this trap to fade early, leaving an invisible, impassable ring for a short time. Reduced the visual noise on the effects associated with this skill.
Purification: Reduced the visual noise on the effects associated with this skill.
Fragments of Faith: Reduced the visual noise on the effects associated with this skill.
Light’s Judgment: Reduced the visual noise on the effects associated with this skill.
Test of Faith: Reduced the visual noise on the effects associated with this skill.
Procession of Blades: Reduced the visual noise on the effects associated with this skill.

Looks like this patch was more of bugfixing and cutting dom visual noices for all classes, maybe they are waiting further before any actual nerfs for skills

The true shot note was indeed intended to indicate Deflecting Shot. True Shot is definitely not slated for any unblockable state at this time. :P

Have any changes been made to our f2 wings of resolve leap? Is it still affected by cripple and chill? Imo this problem is more important than the entire visual noise problem of all traps put together.

But the Hammer weapon"s issues affect the whole guardian community unlike the DH’s single F ability.

I know it’s annoying as a DH but as a “Guardian” I feel the Hammer fix is a more urgent problem…

I agree, would love to see hammer changes, but the changes they’d need to make to hammer are fairly numerous small changes, or a fairly large overhaul imo. It’s going to be a while before that happens.

The change to f2 on the other hand is a quick change; they made the same change to engineer’s rocket boots as it was still being affected by cripple/chill (engis complained about it on the forums, it got fixed soon afterwards).

Also, just a note: Yes, our f2 is still affected by cripple/chill.

In this patch there was not a single balancing done, only tooltips and visual-noise.
The balancing (that is already late, gg not even the first balance came on time) will come later and we will surely see nerfs.

First balancing patch was out within 5 days after release of HoT.

I’d say first real "BIG " balance patch comes next week

Well what we had were hotfixes for broken things that made it past beta (or got introduced after BWE3). It only affected singular builds and not the balance of all classes as a whole.

I hope the ‘big’ balance patch will generally revert some of the powercreep. Nerfing most classes some.
