Apparently this has been going on for a long time.

I tried running a 0/30/20/20/0 trait line but Guardian’s XII Radiance skill ‘Perfect Inscription’ (which is supposed to help improve passive signet skills) does absolutely nothing.

Can other guardians confirm this too?

It does not change tooltips. It does, however, work.

Ah, thanks! Would you happen to know the figures that affect each signet? I tried checking but the numbers in the attribute doesn’t seem to change.

Actually the interface does update for the ones that increase power and healing power but only when you are in the mists. You will see a green number number next to your regular power and healing power statistics showing the updated ammounts. They really should fix it to show that everywhere.

i think it is 20% stat increase and sigil of restoration does remove 2 conditions

no effect on SoJ

SoJ’s damage reduction is upped from 10% to 12%. All passive stat-boosting signets get 20% more stats, and Signet of Resolve gets 2 conditions removed per 10 seconds.
