Does this work? The wiki and a little research says it should reduce the damage from anywhere between 12% and 20%, with most people saying it’s 15%, but after testing it in both the Mists and PvE, I can’t seem to see any significant difference.

Well, according to the wiki, Perfect Inscriptions raises the passive effects of Signets by 20%. I don’t really see a reason it wouldn’t be 12%. Besides, if you notice little difference, changes are it is only a 2% increases. It wouldn’t hurt for someone to test as Signet of Resolve’s passive increases from 1 condition/10 seconds to 2 conditions/10 seconds.

Thing is, searching for the term “Perfect Inscriptions” in the forums shows that a lot of people believe it’s ~15%, but I don’t see any numbers or statistics to back this up. Of course, this is mostly outdated info (latest one I found was from early November), and things could have been patched, but I just want to confirm with other guards if they’re experiencing the same thing.

As for Resolve, since it’s possible for the trait to work on Resolve but not on Judgement, I don’t see this as a sure-fire way of testing.
