The guardian ability “perfect inscriptions” has no affect on my stats (power, or condition damage) which are altered by signets. there should be 20% increase, but there is not. it has no affect at all.

either this is a seriously obvious bug which has been overlooked or I am misunderstanding what the tooltip says, if so please can somebody explain to me.

Perfect inscriptions have not been working in pve for some time, try to use them in heart of the mists.

“Patch notes:

Guardian: Perfect Inscriptions trait: Recharges can no longer be refreshed."

can somebody please explain what on earth they are talking about? what charges?

It is still broken, it does nothing. Either this is a completely messed up tooltip or can somebody please explain?

you are correct! it works in the mists but not in pve… how stupid is this obvious bug.. surely it can’t take this long to fix it?!

but what are they talking about charges? it’s almost as if arena net have no idea what this skill does, or confused it with another skill somehow..

Its been broken since the game launched, along with other things. Like someone mentioned, it only works in the mists.

Even so in the mist, it only add 36 power when traited.

It adds 20% to signets, so that’s right.

still after many patches, this is still broken. it does nothing. check the video, if u dont believe me I’ll make another video showing exactly the same thing, try it for yourself.

It is a trait that does NOTHING in the open world, zero, zilch, no effect whatsoever.
It ONLY works in the mists.

When will this be fixed? it’s almost a year since launch and still basic abilities and traits of classes do not work.. stop releasing content updates and fix the core basic abilities of the classes please.
