Guild Wars 2

I’ve been trying to figure this out on my own for awhile and Google/forum searched to no avail.

When I equip the Radiance XII trait that is supposed to increase the effectiveness of signet passives I see no results on tooltips or my character sheet. If I go into the mists (the spvp area) the trait seems to be working fine..

Am I just missing something or is it bugged?

Yeah, I cant see it either, is this a bug?
