All i can tell you is that you should keep the healing to WvW and PvP and find a max damage build for PvE.

Everytime i run my healing build in PvE it takes 20 minutes to kill a boss and people dont like that

You should always go full zerker in dungeons. You’ll finish the dungeon a lot more faster. Not only that, but all dungeons (I feel) encourages to play that way, according to the mechanics of the dungeons now (bosses have slow, but powerful blows). Just dodge.

The heavy heal/tank build can be useful to carry noob players that do not played some path. I already did a heal build in a dun, is awesome tank bosses and “heavy” heal allies (not really that helpful becouse of the way that healing power scales), but is awful to take 100x longer.

Until anet makes something will be zerker all day, every day.

Unfortunately I agree with this. I enjoy running full soldier/cleric with mace for symbols + heal on symbol tick, rolling around healing everyone… but nobody is going to die anyway. If they’re going to die it’s because they were inexperienced and likely would have died even with your heals. In fact chances are you increased the risk of them dying because the time taken to kill the mobs was far higher.

healway does work in dungeons. For months I ran a full zerker build that did good damage, but you can achieve ball park similiar damage through playing smartly with a healing focused guardian. You just need to know what attacks are projectiles and what are channeled. Burning on blocking/ retaliation+ appropriate potions lift you D.P.S to usable.

The added effect is that with watching animations you can prevent total swipes in dungeons with healing/buff related group skills. The amount of people I have seen pinned by hunter in arah while crusher is about to one shot is crazy. With skill you can defend players caught in situations like this, release your whole team caught in situations like this and make many of the distance runs in dungeons much easier with no players getting downed. Generally everyone else in the group is going to be some form of zerker. 5x zerkers just isn’t needed unless your only trying to do a speed run for the hell of it.

Also not to mention in Crucible/ Honour/ Arah the amount of times I have heard many times(Particularly arah P4) that having a dedicated guardian condi clear/mass speed buff/block agent/ mass healing makes the dungeon that much easier. I have, as yet, never been kicked from a group or had people complain my D.P.S is below average or been kicked because of it. It is really up to you. The amount of 100% up time on retal and burning more than compensates for lack of direct damage with everything you can bring to the table. All you gotta do is learn how to chain it all so it remains at 100% up time in engagements.

So you do all the damage in the group? What are the other 4 players doing during that time?

Worst case scenario where you do 0 damage, the group takes 25% longer to kill a boss. A 4 minute fight becomes 5 minutes. Oh noes.

Something like this perhaps? I won’t claim its the best but might be a nice starting point. Keep in mind you can’t afford to ignore your damage either. It’s not fully tested either. I don’t have the celestial yet.
