NO, boots are Vigil.
T3 Norn pants, the rest you can tell, they are basic stuffs you get from drops.

Jormag’s breath glows pretty bright.

Its interesting to see how many people use the Ebonhawke staff skin .

Here’s my human guardian. I finished the skin earlier, and I’m quite proud of it. I was using the tier 2 human shoulders previously, but I prefer these ones in the end.

I never really liked the look of the AC pauldrons (that’s what you have on the right, correct?) and I used the same one you have on the left on my asura warrior for a while so I kind of like that look. But I ended up going with the Banded Pauldron skin for my guardian (not asura) and I really like it. One of these days I’ll actually get around to posting a pic of my guard and stats…

On the right: Ascalonian chest and shoulders, the rest is draconic.

On the left: Nobleman’s chest and gladiator shoulders, the rest is still draconic.

Can you tell me what pauldrons these are? They look like banded but seem to sit much higher on the shoulders. That could just be the difference between the male and female version, though.

those are indeed banded pauldrons.

Thanks, kiba. On my male warrior they sit flush on the shoulder so look much smaller. Anybody know if there’s a PVE equivalent to the Guild Pauldrons found in the Heavy Armor PVP Locker (sorry no screen or link atm).

They sit much higher than banded on the shoulder and, thus, look much bigger, but they have a nearly identical skin.

Here is my guy atm. I’m getting tired of his skin color so I might change that. Pretty happy with his armor look but would’t mind changing the helm at some point. I don’t like the Sylvari cultural gear and I didn’t want to play one of 7 billion humans in gw2 so I can’t get that great looking cultural gear.

Asura have a similar issue. A lot of armor textures look squashed or misshapen. Many pieces that look good on a human look downright silly on an asura. I did the best I could, -and I do kind of like the outcome- but it comes off looking rather generic.

khisola- the guild pvp pauldrons are the same skin as the banded. i tried both of them on in the locker and they look identical, even the positioning. it might be your race as a few posters here have mentioned? if you’re a human, maybe it’s your gender or physical build?

Here is my baby! In any MMO’s I’ve played I went for a ‘’dark knight’’ type of class Hence the abyss / burgundy dye + nuance of celestial dye for contrast

@ firegoth: What combination of Dye are you using in the last pic?

ShaiHulud.7410 – All armor pieces color schemes are Sapphire (top square), Blue Sky (Left square) and Celestial (Right square)
But you won’t be able to achieve it without The Juggernaut’s effect, and depending on which map and area you’re on.

I know its the Jugg’s effect. Didn’t know the dye combo

Twilight is epic, but I think you should find a background / scenario that will flatter the character you worked so hard on to look good.

You are absolutely right. I was taking my pics in a random location. Didn’t actually look for any special backgrounds. But I will re-do my pics and go for some cool panoramas also

Updated my Guardian’s look. Vigil armor looks awesome on an Asura ^_^

Inspired by a previous image, I decided to try and give my guardian a bit more of an appropriate appearance. I’m just not sure which leggings fit the best.

Priory shoulders and gloves, inquest chest and greaves. The first image is with priory leggings, the second with inquest leggings, and the third with HotW leggings. I may or may not throw in the asuran T2 helm.

Dyes are currently iron/silver, but will most likely change.
