Power, Vitality, Toughness
You can get Power/Toughness/Vitality heavy armour from the Temple vendors in Orr. You have to mix and match a little bit with different pieces from different vendors to get those 3 stats.
Order of Vigil sells a rare set with these stats.
You can buy an exotic set with SE or HotW tokens.
