Guild Wars 2

Hey,
I am a newish player who boosted a guardian. I like the longbow and prefer to use it most of the time. For the offhand I am a fan of sword+focus or torch.

My question is are there any viable builds with these weapon setups for pve, generally open world and solo. Also I am not sure to use berserker or viper. Any guardian veterans who can guide me? Tips,tricks which skills to use? Thanks all.

Neither longbow nor sword are all that great for pve anymore but if it’s only for open world and solo stuff that shouldn’t rly matter.

If you want to use those weapons you should play power which is more suited for open world anyways since most of the stuff melts before you could even get up your burn stacks.

Longbow you should go power not condi. LB was nerfed a bit so i actually went back to GS over the weekend

Depends less on your weapons and more on your spec lines. If you are using radiance, viper is a good idea. If not, go with berserker.
