Whats your preferred runes to use in sPvP as Medi Trapper? Does everyone use Pack?

I use pack at the moment but have also used Dragonhunter in the past. Havent really tried Trapper runes.

Depends what my team consists of.

I usually go with Traveler, just because of that 25% bonus movement speed. But if my team already got faster moving professions, or if they can provide swiftness for me (or Mesmer portal) I go with Pack runes for more damage.

Depends what my team has and what my enemies team consists of.

If we dont have ppl with + run speed or lots of swiftness I run traveler.

If we do I run vampirism, adds nice damage and the health steal can help a bit with survival and burst (its a 975 point health steal and 6piece bonus is 975 in AOE)

If the enemy team is really condi heavy I use leadership or lyssa.

I prefer scrapper or leadership (if leadership i go for feel my wrath as elite). Traveler is a good option, but i hope to gain swiftness.
Depends also on amulet which is paladin.
