Yeah, I’m with Hicci. 2k healing power, but no staff. No condition removal at all. The only boons you can apply are Regen and Protection and not for long durations. No stability. Signet of Mercy is terrible. Long story short, you need to reconsider the boons you apply and your lack of condition clearing which isn’t doing anyone any good. Damage you prevent is just as good as damage you actively heal; Every stack of bleed or burning you remove is damage that person doesn’t take and damage you don’t have to mend. Just because it doesn’t have green text doesn’t mean it isn’t helpful.

Sigil of Intelligence and Sigil of Water is a horrible combo. If you’re going to stack up on healing power, you also need condition removal and ways to abuse selfless daring. So, with my little edit, you get group wide conditional removal. Also you can swap the hammer back for staff. I like hammer more but that’s merely my opinion. Swap weapons on CD and dodge like mad!
